As a Consultant, you’ll work alongside clients and colleagues within a workstream to deliver inspiring, measurable results. Your work will be varied and challenging, and you’ll build a growing expertise by implementing Newton Core: our unique approach to problem‑solving, client engagement and project delivery. With every project, you’ll form strong relationships with our clients, and help them build the capabilities to continue solving future challenges without us.

In‑depth, hands‑on training

We help you build a broad skillset as a Consultant over your first two years with us. This ensures you understand our business well and encourages you to explore your skillset and natural strengths in diverse settings and teams. It’s a crucial time for building the fundamentals of consulting and the Newton methodology. All our consultants need to possess this core skillset to thrive, regardless of the particular areas you work in while at Newton.

As an Operations Consultant, you’ll work closely with a variety of clients, mapping processes and analysing data to identify opportunities for operational improvement. You’ll plan and implement the changes needed to realise value and deliver lasting impact. You’ll work on‑site, from the factory floor to the boardroom, and everywhere in between.
