  • Documentation & Records:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, certification, and supporting evidence for all statutory tasks and maintenance activities.
  • Risk Management:
Own and maintain the FM compliance risk register, ensuring risks, overdue actions, and non-conformances are identified, managed, and escalated appropriately.
  • Contractor Compliance:
Ensure contractors meet all statutory and contractual obligations, including competency checks, RAMS review, permit-to-work controls, and service validation.
  • Performance Monitoring:
Monitor contractor compliance performance against KPIs, including statutory completion rates, certification quality, and remedial close‑out.
  • Reporting & Insight:
Deliver clear and accurate compliance reporting using CAFM systems and dashboards to support decision‑making.
  • Continuous Improvement:
Analyse trends in compliance failures and audits, identifying recurring issues and implementing preventative and corrective actions.
  • Incident Support:
Assist in investigations into compliance‑related incidents, conducting root cause analysis and reviewing technical records.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent and effective communication.
