M Group are recruiting a Defect Compliance Officer based in North Wales, within their clean water team.
You will identify, log, track and resolve all defective reinstatement works, conducting regular site audits to assess quality against contract specs and Highways Authority standards. You’ll drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and coordinate with the Highways Authority to manage joint inspections and maintain strong client relations.
