A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Project Co-ordinator for a major project in North Wales. The candidate will manage commercial and project duties from contract award to final account under an NEC4 Option C contract.
This role offers an exciting opportunity and involves approximately half site-based work. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years' experience, strong budget management skills and are flexible to travel as needed. Competitive salary offered.
