You’ll be an experienced Building Control Surveyor with proven knowledge of building control and a strong understanding of building regulations, particularly relating fire safety. With the ability to deal with people at all levels, from a range of organisations, you’ll be open to new ideas, with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities to meet deadlines.
Corporate membership of either the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or the Association of Building Engineers is desirable. Registration for Building Control Professional (BCP) Competence Validation Assessment at band B or C is a requirement. Candidates must also possess a full valid driving licence.
