Overview
Managing Quantity Surveyor required in Swansea! PSR are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work on a Welsh Water contract based in Swansea. Our client is a flexible fast-growing company, and this role offers the potential of hybrid working.
Responsibilities- Carrying out day to day administration
- Cost Control
- Subcontract management and liaison
- Preparing Cost and Value reporting
- Have experience within Water Civil's and NEC contracts
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have a relevant degree
- Possess high attention to detail
- Have experience with tier 1 contractors (desirable)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
