O  Construction Apprenticeship Scheme. We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Construction Apprenticeship Scheme and start a career in the building industry. This scheme includes both on‑site trades and management office based roles (inc site management, project management and quantity surveying).

• Gain hands‑on experience on live construction sites
• Learn key skills in areas such as groundworks, building, and site operations
• Work alongside experienced trades and site teams
• Complete a recognised qualification through a structured training programme

• Interest in construction and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic GCSEs (or equivalent) preferred, including Maths and English

• Paid employment with on‑the‑job training
• A recognised apprenticeship qualification
• Support from experienced mentors and training providers
• Clear pathway for career progression within the company

• Full‑time apprenticeship
• Training provided alongside site work (minimum 20% off‑the‑job learning)
• Opportunities available across various construction trades
