Day Rate: £250 - £280 / day
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a construction roofing project in Wrexham on behalf of a leading main contractor.
This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent health & safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors.
- Complete daily site reports and progress updates.
- Monitor programme and resolve any on-site issues.
- SMSTS.
- Black CSCS Card (Manager).
- First Aid at Work.
- Asbestos
