Be the key contributor behind a new forward-thinking brand for UK

About BJAK

We build superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society by making it more efficient.

We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region.

We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI.

Our team is densely talented, highly motivated, and focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization. All members are expected to be hands‑on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission.

What You Will Do

1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all platforms — from tone of voice to visual systems
  • Build a UK‑first brand narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market dynamics
  • Translate UK marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and growth in the UK
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and other UK channels

2. Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team
  • Set a high bar for creativity, execution quality, and speed
  • Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with UK brand strategy
  • Foster a high‑ownership, collaborative, and execution‑driven team culture

3. Execution & Optimization

  • Build and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability
  • Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams
  • Use data and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and scale creative work
  • Stay current on UK market, consumer, and creative trends to keep the brand relevant

You Will Thrive Here If You…

  • Care deeply about storytelling, brand building, and visual clarity
  • Are hands‑on, fast‑moving, and obsessed with execution quality
  • Lead confidently while staying close to the work
  • Perform well under pressure and ambiguity
  • Own projects end‑to‑end and drive for real impact
  • Reject mediocrity and continuously push for better outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects without losing focus or structure
  • Communicate clearly and give direct, actionable feedback
  • Want to build something meaningful — fast, at scale, and with visible impact

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross‑channel campaigns
  • Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or high‑growth consumer brands
  • Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market

Our Team & Culture

  • Lean, high‑output team that moves fast and expects the same from each other
  • Everyone contributes meaningfully, thinks like an owner, and raises the bar
  • Clarity, execution, and iteration drive everything we do
  • Results, speed, and ownership matter more than titles

Why Join Us

  • Build a UK brand backed by the scale and strength of a proven fintech platform
  • Work directly with leadership and influence key strategic decisions
  • High‑growth environment with clear ownership and fast career progression
  • Competitive compensation and flat organisational structure
  • Remote work flexibility across the UK
