Social Media Executive

Our clients are car dealers, accountants, shops and manufacturers. They do not need to go viral. They need the right people in their area to see them often enough to call when the moment comes. That is the work: steady, measured and honest about what social can and cannot do for a local business.

You will plan and write content, run paid social where it pays, answer the messages and comments that come in, and report in terms the business understands.

What you will be doing

• Plan monthly content for each client and write it in their voice, not ours.
• Produce simple photo and video content on site with clients, and brief the designer for the rest.
• Run paid social campaigns on Meta and Linked In with proper conversion tracking.
• Monitor and answer messages, reviews and comments within agreed times.
• Report monthly on reach, enquiries and what you would change.

What you will need

• At least five years of commercial work in this field that you can show us. We promise clients that everyone on their project has that, so it is not negotiable.
• Accounts you have run for businesses, with what they got out of it.
• Writing that sounds like a person, in several different voices.
• Paid social you set up yourself, including the pixel and the audiences.

Useful, not required

• Short video editing.
• Experience with Google Business Profile posts and reviews.
