Overview
Are you an experienced business customer account advisor who listens well, understands customer needs, and can think on your feet to provide the best solutions to issues raised? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. Great company to work for with excellent career prospects.
Responsibilities- Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen
- Inbound call handling
- Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward
You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions.
Salary DOE £26-28k - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
