Are you the right person for the job?- It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous vehicle administration and call centre experience, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative roles will be considered.
- Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, via the telephone.
- Candidates must have the ability to interpret customer requirements and guide them to the most appropriate vehicle rental solution.
- The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be computer literate.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Report to the Central Reservations and VMS Manager.
- Support our customers' fleet service requirements.
- Serve customer rental enquiries.
