Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

Hours:

16 per week
Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus

Contract:

Permanent, Part Time

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting training into action and offering expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales
• Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
• Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success
• Following company processes and paying attention to detail to stay on track

• A great communicator who has a passion for excellent customer service
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and create a fantastic customer experience

• Offer – if it’s a good fit, we’ll extend an offer and begin pre-employment checks (Criminal Conviction, Credit, and Sanctions) in line with compliance requirements
