£26,689.75 per annum plus overtime

Permanent role in Wrexham

Hours:

38.75 hours per week (shift options: 8:45 am‑5:15 pm or 9:00 am‑5:30 pm)

• Call handling
• Data entry onto a bespoke system
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders
• Processing orders and ensuring delayed orders are chased
• Dealing with general and technical queries
• Investigating complaints and providing a solution

• Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Accurate and high attention to detail
• Experience dealing with customers
• Focused, self‑motivated and proactive
• Excellent problem solver
• IT literate
• Call centre experience would be beneficial
• Optical retail experience would be an advantage but not essential
