The Role As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey with the business. You will build strong customer relationships, provide proactive support, assist with onboarding and account administration, and help clients maximise the value of the company's products and services. This position will suit an organised and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers throughout their customer journey
• Proactively engage with customers to support product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Process customer registrations, account amendments and user management requests
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms efficiently and professionally
• Create and manage case files, ensuring strict deadlines and service standards are achieved
• Deliver website demonstrations and product guidance to new and existing customers
• Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Assist with administration, audits, underwriting support and customer data management activities Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum of 1 year's experience within customer service, customer success or administration
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with in insurance, legal services or professional services would be advantageous Benefits
