An organised and customer-focused Customer Supply Chain Administrator is required to support a busy supply chain and customer service team. This role involves processing customer orders, managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth coordination of supply chain activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of the Customer Supply Chain Administrator:
  • Process customer orders and invoices through the company's in-house ordering system, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, credit limits, and financial controls.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and efficient service at all times.
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners regarding orders, acknowledgements, and customer requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing effective solutions and ensuring issues are followed through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate customer and supplier records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Assist with office projects and additional customer-related duties as required.
  • Actively support and demonstrate company values in daily activities.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Quality & Food Safety requirements, protecting product safety, legality, authenticity, and quality.
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience within administration, customer service, supply chain, or an office-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in order processing or supply chain administration would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach to resolving issues and enquiries.
