Pay: £27,000 per annum Hours of Work: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Duration:

Job Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor , you will manage customer accounts and support the collection of outstanding payments. The Customer Service Advisor will liaise with customers to understand missed payments, agree repayment plans and work towards reducing arrears while delivering excellent customer service.
