We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing team after a recent company expansion. You will be supporting business customers, answering queries, and helping them get the best from the company's products and services.
Duties will include:- Be the first point of contact for business customers
- Support sales and onboarding
- Re-engage dormant accounts
- Build strong customer relationships
- Promote suitable products and services
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Keep accurate records and follow company processes
- £26,000 basic salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 30)
- Hybrid working
