Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a capable Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join our Wrexham team.

The successful candidate will manage diverse projects, overseeing all technical aspects from design development through to construction. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants. This role requires strong technical skills, problem- solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience, with experience running projects independently.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop one junior staff member.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and experience with NBS Chorus or other specification tools.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and regulations.
• Experience delivering projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
• Collaborative team player with good communication, organisation, and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages from concept through to contract administration.
