English Second Language Teacher at Cosmo (formerly Class Up)

Teach online 1-on-1 to ESL students in Singapore and Hong Kong using the Cosmo curriculum. Build a welcoming and engaging learning environment for K‑12 students while you set a flexible schedule.

• Deliver personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials aligned with the student's age and ability
• Submit class feedback after each lesson
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting
• Communicate with Cosmo staff

The pay rate is $20 USD per class plus additional incentives.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience teaching grades K‑12 in ELA
• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards and curriculum
• Experience teaching ESL learners
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required

• Fast and reliable internet connection and a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000
• Access to a private and quiet location

• Minimum of 20 hours of availability per week
• Available between 8–2 PM GMT on Monday‑Friday or 5 AM–2 PM GMT on weekends
• Able to commit to at least 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1
• Currently located in the UK
