About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated English Teacher to join a secondary school in Wrexham. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering high-quality lessons that foster a love of language, literature, and effective communication. This role is due to start in January and is 5 days a week and will involve planning and marking

• A passionate teacher with QTS (or working towards QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
• The ability to plan engaging lessons that challenge and motivate learners of all abilities.
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting students’ academic and personal development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A team player who is positive, proactive, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in English language and culture.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and motivating young learners.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
