Assessment ; AO Partnerships

Overview

We’re appointing someone to help grow our Assessment Only (AO) route to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and to build strong, Trust-level partnerships with schools across England.

Educate works with schools and trusts to support experienced staff already teaching in classrooms to gain QTS through the AO route. Demand for this work is increasing, and we’re looking for the right person to help develop this strategically.

This isn’t a traditional sales role, and it isn’t a teaching role either.

• It’s a relationship-led role, working closely with:
• school leaders
• trust leaders
• HR and workforce teams

• You might be a good fit if you:
• understand how schools and Trusts operate
• are confident picking up the phone and getting into rooms
• enjoy building relationships and spotting opportunities
• are happy working flexibly, both out in the field and following things through

You don’t need QTS, but you do need strong experience in or around education, and the confidence to operate at senior levels.

The role could be full-time or part-time, with a salary of £30k FTE plus commission, and clear performance expectations.
