The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absence and ensuring pupils remain engaged, focused, and supported.

* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Support the school’s inclusive and ambitious ethos

* Contribute to a calm, safe, and productive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate :

* Confident, organised, and reliable

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* Experience working with young people is desirable

* A positive, proactive approach to supporting learning

* Graduates, aspiring teachers, and experienced cover supervisors are welcome
