The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absence and upholding the schools calm, respectful learning environment. Supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Promote positive behaviour in line with school policies and values Support pupils of all abilities to remain engaged and focused Build positive relationships with pupils and staff Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school community

Confident, patient, and well-organised Committed to supporting young people and their learning Strong communication and classroom management skills Experience working with children or young people is desirable
