Are you a carer or foster parent with a passion for educational support? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our secondary school team. This role is ideal for those with experience in SEN, offering both stability and flexibility to fit your schedule.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Support diverse learning activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
• Provide specialized support to students with special educational needs, adapting to their individual learning requirements.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to track student progress and contribute to their overall development.
• Ensure a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' well-being.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Must be a qualified Teaching Assistant.
• Experience in a secondary school setting, with a strong focus on SEN support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Team player with a nurturing attitude, ideally suited for carers and foster parents who are used to supporting diverse needs.
