Welsh Teacher

Randstad Education are currently recruiting for a Welsh Teacher for a long-term role based in a Wrexham Secondary School. NQTs are welcome to apply. The school are also willing to consider Teachers of any subject or Primary who are confident teaching Welsh. The role is 3 days per week and will involve teaching Key Stage
3. This will be starting after February half-term and ongoing until the end of the academic year.

• Teaching Welsh to Years 7-9 as well as some French.
• Deliver captivating and exciting lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
• Possess a deep and secure knowledge of your subject, and be open to employing a hands‑on approach to the curriculum.
• Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that motivates students to learn, think independently, and reach their full potential.
• Understand and address the individual learning needs of your students, ensuring they have every opportunity to thrive.
• Follow the school's safeguarding policy and report any concerns to the DSL.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Fluent Welsh Speaker
• Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
• EWC registration (or willingness to apply)
