Overview
Although most work will be during these hours some flexibility would be required for after school or evening meetings which you would manage within your working week in agreement with your Line Manager.
We are seeking an organised Child Protection Officer to support our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and contribute to the vital work of our Safeguarding Team.
In this vital role, you will work on the frontline of student welfare, ensuring that every child in our care has a safe environment in which to learn and thrive. This is a chance to be a consistent, supportive presence for our students when they need it most. If you have a background in education, social care, or youth work and possess the emotional resilience to handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism, this role is for you.
Working in safeguarding is demanding, which is why we ensure our staff feel as protected and supported as our students. You will become part of a supportive, collaborative staff culture where wellbeing is a shared priority. You will have specialised safeguarding training and the opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of young people and help shape their futures.
