Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant

Full-time, fixed‑term for 1 academic year
Salary:
Competitive (dependent on experience)

Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils with SEND in a highly regarded primary school.
Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support pupils in accessing the curriculum, building confidence, and developing socially and emotionally.
Gain first‑hand experience of classroom practice, behaviour support strategies, and inclusive teaching approaches within an Outstanding setting.

Enthusiastic, patient and committed individuals with a genuine interest in child development and inclusive education.
Preferably holding or completing a degree in Education Studies, Psychology, Sociology or a related subject, or considering a future career in primary teaching, SEND, educational psychology or pastoral support.
Previous school‑based experience is desirable but not essential.
