The applicant must also be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
• Enhanced DBS (required) or willingness to apply for one.
• Experience working with students with ASD or challenging behaviour.
• Calm, patient, and caring personality.
• Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Experience supporting students in their education.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
