  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach as a Teacher

  • Understanding of safeguarding within an SEMH setting
  • Ability to adapt lessons as a Teacher to meet diverse needs
Good to Have
  • Previous experience as a Teacher in an SEMH school
  • Knowledge of trauma‑informed and de‑escalation strategies
  • SEND experience within an SEMH environment
  • Team Teach or similar training
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
