ALN Learning Support Assistant — Inspire Diverse Learners

New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a confident and hands-on Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within additional learning needs classes in Primary and Secondary schools across Ceredigion. Applicants should ideally possess a relevant teaching qualification and have experience in classroom settings.

The role involves creating positive relationships with schools and adapting to the needs of children classified with various learning difficulties. Welsh speaking is beneficial, but not required. Candidates will have an opportunity for both short-term and long-term placements.
