As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Archway, you will support pupils who require additional structure, reassurance, and guidance to engage with learning. Many pupils benefit from clear routines, visual supports, and consistent adult relationships, which you will help to provide. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement support strategies and behaviour plans. Your role will be central to ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and able to make progress.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour
• Assist with differentiated learning activities
