A key aspect of the role will be providing assurance on academic quality to senior leaders and governors and supporting the University in delivering an outstanding academic experience for all students, as well as leading preparations for any external quality reviews and audits that may occur.

About You

  • Extensive expertise in UK higher education academic quality assurance, enhancement, and regulatory/audit processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative, professional, and solution-focused approach.
  • Desirable: experience as an external quality assurance reviewer and the ability to communicate in Welsh.
