Health & Safety Advisor

Due to expansion and continued success our client is currently seeking an addition to the Health & Safety team for the Wrexham Depot. Solid industry to be involved in with excellent career prospects. Working alongside the HSEQ Director and H&S Manager, you will help to ensure compliance with relevant company and legislative requirements. Duties will vary but include:
Supporting the H&S Manager to implement and roll out safety training and awareness Carrying out safety inductions for office and operational staff Maintain our database of all accidents and near misses The review and production of risk assessments and safe systems of work Safety auditing of operational sites, both general and focused Assisting in internal and external audits for the company ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management System Conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify where additional or refresher training is required for those in operational roles, such as mobile plant competencies Providing support to incident investigations to identify root causes and preventative actions
