Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Hybrid We  believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. What you’ll doThe Network Energy Manager plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of Vodafone Three’s long term energy efficiency and Net Zero strategies across all UK network locations. This role combines technical expertise, financial insight, and strong stakeholder engagement to improve energy performance, reduce operational costs, and embed sustainable practices across the technology estate.

You will identify, assess, and implement energy efficiency improvements across the UK Networks estate, while supporting the delivery of Vodafone Three’s long term energy efficiency and Net Zero strategies across network locations.

You will conduct energy analysis and monitoring to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.

You will support joint venture governance for energy management and lead the delivery of energy efficiency solutions across RAN and transport networks.

You will measure network energy performance against industry best practices and internal KPIs to identify improvement areas.

You will support and manage short, medium and long term plans to meet and exceed financial targets and challenges.

You will support in the development and demonstration of Capex funding business case opportunities for energy efficiency initiatives

You will work with cross functional teams across Technology, Finance, Property, Supply Chain, Group Sustainability, and external partners to embed energy efficient practices.
