Join our expanding Operations and Maintenance Excellence Team to work on diverse operational and maintenance excellence projects for clients across the UK in various sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive value and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Help create and implement standards, processes and systems that enable clients to maximize value and efficiency from their assets.
- Evaluate asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assess effectiveness of existing operational and maintenance activities and recommend improvements.
- Support change through written and verbal communication, documentation, business‑process improvement, training and stakeholder management.
- Deliver transformative operations and maintenance projects for clients.
- Experience and knowledge of clean or wastewater treatment processes and associated, or operational and maintenance roles outside the water industry (e.g. Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Renewables).
- Technical or engineering qualification or membership (e.g. ONC, HNC, Degree, IAM, CIWEM, IMECHE).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations and maintenance environment.
- Lean Six Sigma qualification (e.g. LSSGB).
- Certified Reliability Leader / SMRP / ARP‑E.
- Experience in asset health/condition monitoring.
- Asset Management qualification (Certificate, Diploma or similar).
