We invite you to join our dynamic team in the Materials and Testing laboratory in Wrexham during an exciting period of growth  explorers in the field of materials science, our M&T Lab plays a crucial role in delivering essential product test data for aerospace customer qualifications, product re‑sites, problem resolution, and product development activities. This role involves continuous improvement of testing methods, expansion of testing capabilities to include physical, mechanical, and NDI techniques, support with test requests, and root‑cause analysis investigation.

You will be involved in method development, delivering and improving training, and networking with the wider Syensqo community and industry. • Developing and implementing new testing techniques and improving existing methods.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives and method development.
• Ensuring the development, standardisation and implementation of reporting improvements through new procedures.
• Delivering and enhancing training programmes for laboratory staff.
• Expanding testing capabilities to include physical, analytical, mechanical, and NDI techniques.
• Networking with the wider Syensqo community and industry experts.
• Conducting round robin studies and gaining accreditations from organisations such as Airbus, NADCAP, and NCamp.
• Supporting test requests and providing detailed reports with matrix comparisons to industry standards.
• Performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting test failures.
