Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (CEM) to spearhead engineering delivery for CP7 rail infrastructure projects in Wales. The candidate will ensure compliance with Network Rail standards while leading various Design & Build initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid civil engineering background, particularly in structures and rail assets, coupled with strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
