An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer Team leader to direct a small team of engineers for a long-established manufacturing company which is undergoing a period of major transformation and growth.

KeyDuties & Responsibilities:
- To lead and coordinate a small team of 3 engineers
- Effectively manage the daily workload of the department
- Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting
