Investment Funds & Corporate Lawyer – Jersey

Our client, a leading international Law Firm, is seeking a Laywer to join its expanding Investment Funds practice in Jersey. The team advises global corporations, financial institutions, and fund managers across multiple jurisdictions, with the Channel Islands a key area of growth. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside market-leading practitioners and play a part in developing the Jersey funds business.

The successful candidate will be NQ–5 years’ PQE, ideally with some investment funds experience (Jersey funds exposure would be an advantage but not essential). You will advise on a broad range of funds matters, support senior colleagues on complex mandates, and help build strong client relationships. Commercial awareness, client focus, and a collaborative approach are essential.
