A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are desirable.
• Proven expertise in financial management and reporting and commercial business partnering.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems Sage 100.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
