We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving business performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, support decision‑making, and ensure strong financial control.

• Partner with key business functions to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Provide clear financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision‑making
• Monitor performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities
• Challenge and support stakeholders to ensure cost‑effective decisions
• Support month‑end reporting and explain variances to plan
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting

• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in a similar position, ideally from a manufacturing operation
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data
