this Role

The Carbon Finance Lead at Revalue plays a crucial role in financing and scaling high-integrity climate and nature-based projects globally. • Review and refine financing models and capital planning frameworks for growth.
  • Identify, structure, and support the closing of financing deals across the project lifecycle.
  • Design financing approaches that reduce risk for capital providers and accelerate project implementation.
  • Build and cultivate strategic relationships with investors, financial institutions, and funds active in climate finance.
  • Develop compelling investment narratives, financial models, and materials for financing.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in project finance, climate finance, or structured finance with a track record of closing capital deals.
  • Fluency in capital markets and climate finance, including blended finance and impact-linked instruments.
  • Ability to craft long-term financing visions and progress deals in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working across teams to establish financing playbooks and systems as the company scales.
  • Committed to climate impact and aligned with values around integrity and science-led solutions.
Benefits
  • Shared purpose, culture, and values within a diverse team.
  • Meaningful equity in an early-stage startup.
  • Significant autonomy and influence at the leadership level.
  • Performance-based variable compensation.
  • Flexible working environment and enhanced parental leave policy.
  • Well-being support, including company-funded access to therapy.
