We're working with a well-established business based on Wrexham Industrial Estate who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a 9-month fixed term contract
. This role has a strong Accounts Payable focus and will suit someone who enjoys a hands‑on, structured AP role and is confident using SAP
.

You’ll be part of a friendly finance team, supporting day‑to‑day AP activities and helping keep things running smoothly during a busy period.

• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and on time
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining good relationships
• Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations
• Supporting payment runs
• Using SAP for invoice processing and AP tasks
• Assisting with general finance admin as needed

• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Payable role
• SAP experience is essential
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident communicator, especially when dealing with suppliers
• Happy working full‑time and office‑based
