We are looking to appoint a new Director of Finance & Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will join Theatr Clwyd Trust and trading group at an exciting time, having just completed our first year of trading in a newly redeveloped arts and theatre site following a £50m capital investment.
The role has senior responsibility for financial and operational strategy in support of the CEO and will enjoy a wide variety of input across delivery relating to these important areas. As the biggest producing theatre in Wales, and a place of learning, community care, and wider cultural delivery, Theatr Clwyd is a welcoming environment, and all members of the company are encouraged to embed the highest standards of person‑centred delivery throughout their work.
The role oversees finance and operations across Theatr Clwyd’s activities, including at William Aston Hall in Wrexham, in partnership with our Food & Beverage partner, Bryn Williams, and through our second charity – Theatr Clwyd Music Trust.
We are very excited to meet candidates who have strong financial and operational leadership experience, and who are keen to work within a creative and exciting environment. A passion for arts and culture, and a willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively are essential. We look forward to meeting qualified and brilliant individuals.
