Housing Support Grants and Development Officer

Temporary until 31/03/27

• Work closely with the Housing Support and Sustainment Lead to shape services design, commissioning and delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate, regional and national priorities.
• Play an important role in developing Housing Support Grant schemes across the County Borough.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance existing services and lead commissioning, service development and remodelling activities.
• Support these activities with the Housing Support Team Leader and the Housing Support Planning Group.

• Suitable qualifications to meet the role (specific requirements not listed).
• Capability to work in both English and Welsh; applications submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than those submitted in English.
