Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking an Allocations Assistant to join the Allocations Team. You will assist in the administration of the Council's waiting list for social housing, in line with the Allocations Policy and Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
You will be the first point of contact for applicants, agencies and Local Members, handling enquiries by phone, email, letter and face to face. You will report to the Allocations Team Leader and support the team in delivering services and projects
