Salary: BS 20 £ 16.98 - BS 23 £ 18.20 per hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
Coleg Cambria is seeking a passionate Spa Therapist for our Yale site on a flexible hours basis. In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring our students in a real‑world spa environment.
Responsibilities include managing client appointments, supporting departmental promotions, and staying updated on the latest spa products and treatments. You will collaborate with curriculum educators and Spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and a proactive approach to personal and professional development. You will assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximising bookings, and achieving retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.

Essential Requirements- Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Spa Therapy (or Level 3 working towards Level
4) - Previous experience of facilitation or mentoring within a spa or wellness context
- Extensive experience of working in the hair and beauty industry
- An understanding of the equity and inclusivity challenges faced in the Hair & Beauty industry
Welsh skills are desirable for this post.
