A prominent health organization in Wales is looking for an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join their team in Wrexham. The successful candidate will manage a caseload focusing on increasing family resilience and improving health outcomes. Candidates must have a relevant degree in Health Visiting and current NMC registration. This role demands excellent communication skills, an understanding of public health initiatives, and the ability to work in a clinical setting.

Salary ranges from £39,263 to £47,280 per annum, pro rata.
