We have both full‑time and part‑time positions, with hours ranging between 16 to 40 hours per week.
Shift patterns include daytime, evening, weekend and sleep‑in shifts.
Salary: £12.74 per hour and sleep‑in shifts at £60 per night. Travel expenses are paid at 45p per mile.

In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and setting their own goals. Whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday, you will help them realise these choices. As a trusted Support Worker, you’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills.
You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities such as paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family. Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well‑being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose.
No experience required as full training is provided.
Qualifications- Patience and empathy
- Ability to support a person with intimate personal care with respect and dignity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people
- Good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
- Full driving licence, with access to and willingness to use your own car for transporting people to appointments and activities (business insurance for your vehicle is required; 45p per mile is paid)
